1. Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted print-on-demand and dropshipping partners. Depending on the product and your location, your order may be shipped from the USA, Europe, or other international fulfillment centers.


2. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping time:

    • USA: 3–7 business days

    • Europe: 4–9 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

3. Can I return or exchange a product?

Since all items are made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Incorrect items received (wrong size, color, or design)

If your order arrived with an issue, please contact us at nonelsehelp@gmail.com within 20 days of delivery and include a photo of the problem.


4. What if I ordered the wrong size or color?

Please double-check our size charts before placing an order. Because each item is made specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections.


5. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking info to update.


6. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or delivery delays depending on your country’s regulations.


7. My order is late or lost — what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived after 21 days or the tracking hasn’t updated in over 7 business days, please reach out to us — we’ll look into it and provide a solution.


8. Are your products ethically made?

We partner with manufacturers who follow ethical and sustainable production practices. At NonElse, we value quality, responsibility, and conscious fashion.


9. Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
